[K12OSN] Beta #2 of K12LTSP 4.2.2EL, last chance for bug reports

Beta #2 ISOs for K12LTSP 4.2.2EL have been uploaded. This is a very
minor update, only the libtool, smpeg, gc, and root-desktop-urls
packages have been updated. Libtool is an official CentOS 4.2 update.
Smpeg is used by tuxpaint, tuxmath, tuxtype, and gcompris. Gc is used by
inkscape. The 64 bit version had an older build of the root-desktop-urls
package, this has been updated to match the 32 bit version.

Barring a show-stopping bug report, these will be released as the
official K12LTSP 4.2.2EL at the end of the week.
