This is definitely a K12LTSP-specific bug. My fix for the keyboard-map
terminal crash (the only remaining K12LTSP-specific patch to LTSP)
breaks the keyboard mappings in other ways (at least Ctl-Alt-F?).

I'll start banging on a fix...
