[K12OSN] Re: Fl_TeacherTool monitor and Control

Ok...I have the X4_MODULE_02 = vnc in lts.conf....what do I need to undo
from your instructions...or should it matter?  I reverted back to the
original build_x4_cfg file, but I'm still getting "Unable to connect to
host, Connection refused (111)"  what next?
