[K12OSN] TESA session error

Hi, Eric.

Unfortunately, I test with another server and receive the same  
message "/content/kiosk.xul cannot be found".

Have anyone run into the same issue in the last couple of days? I  
hope it is just the download connection but it doesn't seem like it  
since it's been dl several times on several servers.
