[K12OSN] Setting directory or chrooting for sftp users?

Hi all,

We we're working on a LAMP based web server. We have several teachers
who maintain their own webpages. I am looking for a way to have them
login via SFTP but show up in their web directory rather than in
/home.

 Is their a place in ssh_config or their bash profile that I can
control their starting directory. Would it be difficult to chroot them
into /var/www/html/their_directory?

Your sage advice would be very much appreciated.
