[K12OSN] OSticket a good trouble ticket prog

Hello List,

I'm not sure, I may have thrown this out some time back.
Just thought it may help someone else out. We setup OSticket here last
year and has worked out very well for us,in that teachers use this to
report probs,to. Osticket is very easy to setup,and interfaces with
sendmail and Postfix very easily. It is a program that everyone at our
school actually uses,due to the fact it is very simple & reliable.
As long as you have http/php/mysql running you are good to go with this prog.
If you dont have something like this in place id suggest giving it a try.
I beleive OSticket, is currently stale but you can still download the
latest version,from different ftp http sites.
Just thought this might be an idea for someone out there that can never
remeber what some individual tells you in the hallway ,their problem, then
5 minutes later you have completely forgot about what they said.
