[K12OSN] K12LTSP missing some important stuff for our school purposes

By that rationale, other operating systems set fairly strict limits on
student access to information as well.

Consider the limitations of DRM (you can only listen to/view this media
 on certain devices) and proprietary software (you cannot see how this
software works, participate in it's development, or give it to your
friends).
