[K12OSN] Homedir Permissions

The best way to add users if you want a GUI is to use webmin and tell it 
to sync unix and samba users. Also, you can tell it to convert unix users 
to samba users and it will do the ones that aren't done yet.

But for me, I have written a script that adds users in one commandline and 
it adds them to linux, samba and also puts in their full name and sets 
both passwords (linux and samba) all from a single commandline.

Works GREAT for me.  You just must make sure there are no users in there 
with the same username as the one you are adding because my script doesn't 
check existence first.
