[K12OSN] K12LTSP missing some important stuff for our school purposes

More than tax "supported", it's Canada's national broadcaster. The fact
that they provide two ogg streams (vs dozens of wma) shows that at least
someone there is aware of the issue. Calling an MP is a good idea,
