[K12OSN] [K12LTSP] enable root login from remote-terminal

there's probably a commandline way to do that, but I dont know it. If
there isn't there should be a commandline way to do that.

If you really have to log into root remotely, install vncserver.
start vncserver, then connect to it securely using ssh port
forwarding.
