[K12OSN] Error! dhcpcd failed!

I'm having a problem like Shane's in the previous thread.

I had DHCP running.  Now I come back to work on the server again and it
starts the boot (floppy network boot) begins loading and stops after loading
the mouse and gives me the ERROR! dhcpd failed! message.

I was running an a simple 5 port switch and I have tried several different
