[K12OSN] help! K12 server crashed and isnt coming back up!

Sorry, should have added that you can go to interactive startup (press I at the right moment during the boot process) as well during the boot process and selectively pick which services you want to start.  I have used this (a few weeks back) to get a system back up when ldap flaked out on my main auth server.

Others will have better suggestions, but I would probably try to ssh into the box to see if it at least has some of the OS running.  It nothing else, this would help calm my nerves since it would then be possible to do alot of other things to recover the system. Or, boot to single user mode and try to log in that way.
