[K12OSN] CUPS printing Question

First off I would like to thank all who helped with my
last problem (Software for grade books and
administration)That really helped us out a lot.
Ok, now for my next (hopefully simple) problem. We are
using CUPS for printing and all is going well. We just
added a second printer to our network and have that as
default. The problem is this: **Some** of the students
default to the wrong paper size and freeze the queue.
I change the paper size on there computer but it keeps
going back when they log off and back on again. 
Any help (or direction to a good how to)would be
greatly appreciated.
