[K12OSN] Getting sound to work with LTSP-esd-alsa

first...

make sure file:///etc/sysconfig/k12ltsp contains:
 REMOTE_SOUND_HACKS=YES
FLASH_SOUND_HACK=YES

and second (for flash 9 to use OSS)
 OSS and ESD support :
