[K12OSN] State of Centos Based k12ltsp

Finally got a chance to re-rsync up and actually try it out.  About the
only thing I had to do was copy /etc/dhcpd-k12ltsp.conf over to
/etc/dhcpd.conf, and I was PXE-booting away.  So far, so good.

I will be using this for a K12LTSP and Edubuntu demo scheduled for
Wednesday afternoon for a group of educators.  Wish me luck.
