[K12OSN] smbldap and webmin on Debian

Thanks for all the documentation Jim.  I played around w/ it and almost have it working like I want.  And I'm still learning a lot.

I have no use for Samba at home (plain LDAP would suffice), but I'm trying to learn the Samba stuff so I can do it if asked to.
