[K12OSN] OT: Screen capture software

I'll give a shot and see what she thinks. If any of it involves a
command line anything, it is a non-starter though. :( Have to be able
to launch everything via shortcuts, and work within a GUI.
I did get gtk-recordmydesktop to work, but it has to be run at the console.
