Hi All,

Well, I've worked with the tech director of our district to convince the administration to go with a permanent lab, rather than notebooks and a cart. Now, we are researching what type of hardware to use, what software, and thin-clients or not. I have used k12ltsp successfully in the past. We use Windows 2003 Server with a domain here in the school. My question is: I've come across this Linux system called Userful. It works likes terminal services, except that the setup is a bit different; monitors are connected directly to the server, along with usb mice and keyboards. The server would have 20+ ports for video. Has anybody used this system? Thanks for any feedback.
