[K12OSN] Inexpensive Thin Client for Testing

Neoware had a very inexpensive one...but they got bought out by HP...so 
probably the prices didn't go down or remain flat(as they aught)...I 
haven't checked though.  the Jammin 125's are good 
too(disklessworkstations.org/com?) I might be wrong on the URL...
