[K12OSN] Edubuntu and AD

I haven't had a chance to try it yet at school, but has anyone got Edubuntu or any Ubunutu authenticating against AD? I know most of this is Red Hat/Fedora, but it seemed like it should be much different, but it seems like I'm missing some interfaces and files I used. It's probably just me though.
