[K12OSN] K12LTSP EL 5 Repo

Hi,

I'd like to suggest that we make the K12LTSP EL 5 repository available
through RSYNC. We have several servers in our district and it would make
installations and maitenance much easier if we can maintain our own copy
of the LTSP repo. Also, some of the servers have old CD-Rom drives making
it hard to install using media (we usually do network installs).

The repository currently has all of the other distributions available via
rsync, but only the ISO's are available for EL 5. Here is the output:
