[K12OSN] print usernames and passwords

Our tech teacher has the students print their username and password on
a sheet of paper when they are asked to change them as part of the
initial orientation on computer usage etiquette. This is also when
they sign AUP paperwork. She then collects the sheets of paper and
just puts all the sheets in a folder organized by class in a locked
cabinet. Seems to work well enough.

Sincerely,
Dave Hopkins
