Where the heck did the swapfiles line come from?  This isn't used by 
K12Linux.

Also, you don't need to specify any IP address and specific arch 
diretory.  The default recommended by documentation should work fine for 
anybody:

/opt/ltsp *(ro,async,no_root_squash)
