[K12OSN] Fixing F12 ltsp-build-client

Jeff and Friends,

disable the nscd service (ie: service nscd stop)

There is an issue with that and some timeout problems... and then ltsp-build-client dumps out.

That hit me on my production but not test build of F12 ltsp.
