[K12OSN] What repos should I use and how should I change them?

You should be able to modify the repos that you are using. Uninstall
k12ltsp-release.
I've had mismatches that I had to force install packages to overcome
when moving from k12ltsp(Fedora) based packages to CentOS based
packages. One package at a time is what it takes sometimes.
