Nope, no idea, but it sure looks good on paper!

Seriously though, there are some use cases where raw X just doesn't work
well (ex: video, low bandwidth links), VNC is really quite poor even for
remote display, and it doesn't have sound (well, not easily anyway),
doesn't have remote drive support etc.  Ditto FreeNX.

This seemed like an easy way to jump on the virtualization bandwagon.
