[katello-devel] Promotions (Distributions) : merged to master

Team,

I have just merged the kstree branch in to master.   This is the initial 
commit to introduce distributions (aka kickstart trees) to the 
Promotions page.

The following are key items introduced with this merge:
- from Content Management -> Promotions, a user can now navigate to 
Distributions underneath of a product.  All distributions associated 
with that product will be listed.  When selected, the user will be 
provide a pane containing Details and Filelist.

Impact to developers:
- This merge includes a new migration script; therefore, db:migrate is 
required to pick it up.  That said, you will want to run clear-all.sh if 
you haven't already done so to also pick up changes from the earlier 
a-keys merge.
