[katello-devel] Activation Keys UI : merged to master

Team,

I have just merged the a-keys branch in to master.  This merge includes 
the initial drop of functionality for supporting activation keys in the 
Katello UI.

The following are supported with this merge:
- Activation Key create, review, update, delete (CRUD)
- assignment of a default environment to a Key
- assignment of subscriptions to a Key

Impact to developers:
- New models have been added activation keys; therefore, need to run at 
least db:migrate, but recommend clear-all.sh.

If there are any questions or concerns, please let us know.

There is currently work ongoing in the backend to support Activation 
Keys.  Once that is complete, we'll have support from CLI as well.
