[katello-devel] F15 Katello install - specific (lower version) gems requires

Could we review/build the Katello rubygems (for F15) as for now:

And I suspect there would be other dependencies as well.

P.S. bundle install after rpm installation process does not help (i did 
get this error after the `bundle install` actually)
