[katello-devel] Listing environments

Hi,

at the moment the api for listing environments omits the locker. I guess 
it's because of the special role the locker plays.

Currently you can access it via
/organizations/<org_name>/environments/locker/
because everybody knows its name. But when we switch to use integer IDs 
for environments, you have no chance to find out what the locker's ID 
is. Therefore I think we should include it to the list of environments.
