May I ask why the initial_environment_name is made mandatory (and not 
optional, let's say) - as right after org creation it's possible (/me 
tried UI) to remove the prepared initial environment and make the org to 
be without any env at all.

I supposed the need of mandatory initial env. will force having at least 
one (default) env associated to it?
