[katello-devel] Considering syslog logging

Hello,

we should maybe consider directing all katello logs to syslog. It is not 
possible to send HUP signal to thin/rails to deattach log files, thus it 
is necessary to restart katello processes for log rotation.

I think it is much better to use syslog facilities for all the logging. 
It's pretty flexible stack and processes does not need to be 
signaled/restarted anymore.

We should put this in long-term backlog, what you think?
