[katello-devel] Do we need sqlite3 gem anymore?

Just cleaning out some RPMs that are either provided by Fedora or 
perhaps we don't need anymore.

Since we are postgres by default can we not get rid of the following:

1) Gemfile:gem 'sqlite3', :require => 'sqlite3'

2) config/katello.yml:    adapter: sqlite3
    config/katello.yml:    database: /var/lib/katello/production.sqlite3

3) the actual gem from our yum repos
