[katello-devel] Removing dev setup test scripts

Hi all,
I came across our old developer setup test scripts while browsing our 
git repo recently. Nobody uses them since we have our installer for 
production and detailed wiki for developer setup. They aren't up to date 
and in my opinion it's only mess in the repo.

I'm going to remove them tomorrow. Let me know if you use them or have 
any objections.
