[katello-devel] Package filters on Product or individual repos?

Hi,

During our design discussion today two question came up.  Should users 
associate a filter with a product (and all its repos)  or should they be 
able to specify individual repos?

Also,  do we want to only filter on content coming out of locker?  or be 
able to associate filters with a product in a specific environment?
