[katello-devel] New configuration value debug_rest

Hey,

I have added one configuration value. If set to true (default: false) 
all communication towards backend engines is logged (debug level).

We already have two values which allows to debug proxied requests.

To summarize all the debug options:

   debug_cp_proxy: true
   debug_pulp_proxy: true
   debug_rest: true
