[katello-devel] Installer updates

Hi folks,
I am pleased to say that the Katello installation process has been
simplified with a new 3 step process outlined:

https://fedorahosted.org/katello/wiki/Install

1. Install OS for Katello
2. Enable initial repo(s)
3. Install and execute katello-configure
4. Login! :)
