[katello-devel] rubygem-pg requires change

Looks like the rubygem-pg in EPEL has a bug that I just filed:

If you are trying to update an EL6 machine and get:

ERROR with rpm_check_debug vs depsolve:
rubygem(pg) is needed by katello-common-0.1.311-1.el6_2.noarch

or something similar it is because of the bug noted above.  The short 
term solution is to:

# yum --disablerepo=epel* update
