I believe this is an important feature. As a sysadmin I would like to move or re-use a manifest.
Scenario 1. M1 loaded to O1, needs to be deleted as it no longer applies to O1.
Scenario 2. M1 loaded to O1, needs to be deleted and re-imported to O2.
