[katello-devel] deprecated repos removed

We still had repos for Candlepin, Pulp and Katello at:

http://fedorapeople.org/groups/katello/candlepin/
http://fedorapeople.org/groups/katello/pulp/
http://fedorapeople.org/groups/katello/katello/

which had old content that was causing confusion.  I moved them to:

http://fedorapeople.org/groups/katello/deprecated/

I will delete that in a week or so if the move doesn't cause any pain.

everything RPM related should be in:

http://fedorapeople.org/groups/katello/releases/
