[katello-devel] Fixing Issues with new Submodule

As part of the switch to Alchemy (formerly converge-ui) some path updates
for the submodule were made.  For older git checkouts, you may get some
errors related to attempting to still checkout converge-ui.  The following
should resolve any issues:


   1. Delete the relevant section from .git/config.
   2. Run git rm --cached path_to_submodule (no trailing slash).
