[katello-devel] Katello 1.3 and 1.4 Release Plans

ATM, there are no Rails and I don't believe they will ever be part of 
base RHEL, since RHEL has much longer lifespan then Rails. But they will 
be probably available as a software collection. What version, that is up 
to discussion I guess.
