[katello-devel] system template - ability to add repos -> merged to master

Team,

I just merged the 'templates-repo' branch to master.

With this merge, a user can now individually add repositories to a 
system template.

Impact to developers:
- A table (system_template_repositories) has been added to support this 
functionality.  As a result, you'll need to run 'rake db:migrate'.

Caveats:
- At this time, before promoting a system template that contains 
individual repositories (vs products), the products associated with 
those repositories must first be promoted.  The backend will be updated 
soon (e.g. next sprint) to eliminate this caveat.
