[katello-devel] Added reindex rake task

Hi All,

I just added a rake task to reindex all indexed models as well as 
repository errata and packages.

Just run:

rake reindex

to clear all existing and reindex.  This should not be needed when 
wiping or clearing all, but only if you change what attributes are 
indexed and want to reindex to grab the new attributes.  Or if we change 
a new model to be indexed this allows you to keep working after a git 
pull without having to wipe/clear all.
