The problem is that foreman is using 3.0.15

Checking their git... at least the reason whey they went from 3.0.14 to 
3.0.15 was:

I did not dive deeper.

The reason why they used 3.0.14 is:
https://github.com/theforeman/foreman/commit/758e92e4692a95a72a31fc249d8b13514759e5e8

So I suppose we can use foreman with 3.0.10 + CVE patched
