[katello-devel] "deep links" into UI don't include organization

There are some known issues around this, as well as an item from our technical debt retrospective to tackle consistency around URLs with regards to organization scoping and RESTful-ness.

Is there a reason why org is not part of katello's URLs? /katello/subscriptions does not have enough info to actually share with another user.
