postgresql - starts but tcp port is not ready, reporst ok when server
was not started properly (two issues)
tomcat6 - starts container but applications are not ready
httpd - works with sysvinit
mongod - starts up but tcp port is not ready (or allocating data files)
qpidd - works with sysvinit
elasticsearch - works with sysvinit

Those are issues found (and resolved via various hacks and service-wait
script) in RHEL6. I wonder if there is possibility to fix them all for
systemd init scripts. Maybe it's just too late.
