[katello-devel] Bundler_ext plugin

Hey,

latest issues with Gemfile shows we really need to adopt Aeolus
bundler_ext rubygem soon.

I vote putting this onto the current sprint and doing it as soon as
possible. Those are blockers which are unnecessary. Integration should
not be hard, its 30 lines of code to be copied over.
