we finally have public instance of Koji:

Those of you who are familiar with this document already I will just pin 
point the change:

Here ^^^ is definition of cronjob script for syncing to:
  http://fedorapeople.org/groups/katello/

Although you can use yum repositories directly from Koji, please prefer
  http://fedorapeople.org/groups/katello/
because IP traffic on Koji itself is not unlimited.
