[katello-devel] Clean install

I am following the insructions at [1], but I am usinng the nighty repos 
from [2]. With a clean install, I see the following failure in 
db_seed.log [3]. It looks like it is in the link up to foreman, I see an 
oauth key in the katello.yml file, but nothing in the foreman side. Am I 
missing a config some place.
